The Shifty (Wyatt Made) – A smokey bourbon + maple lemonade. When life gives you lemons, add bourbon. | $10

The Last Word (Veda Fave) – Equal parts gin, Luxardo, and green chartreuse with a splash of lime, this prohibition era cocktail has stood the test of time for a reason. Served up. | $12

Mezcal + Chill (Mike Made) – Mezcal, Ancho Reyes chili liqueur, and TNT Espresso bitters – a surprisingly perfect combo. Sit back and sip. | $12

Mountain Mistress (Lindsey Made) – If a gin and tonic took a quiet walk through the Vermont woods. Crisp, clean, and with a hint of St. Germain. Lillet Blanc, and lime. | $12

Kelley’s Last Stand (Lindsey Made) – Rye whiskey, Italian amaro, and maple bitters blend into a smooth and strong sipping cocktail. Ginger liqueur gives a warm spicy kick. Served on the rocks like the shore of the Roaring Branch Brook. | $12

Rosemary Whisker (Joe Made) – Tom Cat Gin blends with Cointreau, rosemary simple syrup, and lemon juice for a tart and botanical cocktail served on the rocks. | $12

The Heart Burn (Len Made) – Whiskey on the rocks with a splash of Grand Marnier and a slice of lime. | $10

Sugar Bush (Aidan Made) – Irish whisky, maple syrup, a splash of lemon juice, and Angostura bitters, served on the rocks with a twist. | $10
