Classics & Contemporaries
Paper Plane 10
A blend of Bourbon and Amaro make this balanced and savory cocktail a crowd pleaser. Both beautiful and strong, like a good woman. Served up.
This cocktail gets its name from its sky-like color which is created by the addition of Crème de violette. Gin based and slightly floral. Are you ready for take-off?
The Ginger Man 10
A Lounge favorite. Ginger Liquor and vodka shaken make for a quenching cocktail that is smooth and delicious.
Stockyard Pony 11
Vermont Bourbon and a bitter blood orange liqueur meet in a new take on the classic Manhattan. A muddled sugar cube and fresh squeezed citrus add texture and balance. Served on the rocks.
Last Word 8
This classic cocktail was created just after Prohibition (allegedly). A curious blend of gin and green chartreuse will leave you with plenty of last words or take them all away. Served up.
Old Fashioned 8
The very first cocktail ever created. Why mess with the classic? We serve ours on the rocks with a flamed orange peel. Simple and delicious. Choose either bourbon or rye.
This cocktail gets its name from its proportions, 2-1-2, like the original area code of Manhattan. Choose either Bourbon or rye, served up or on the rocks.
Created in Florence Italy in 1919 when the bartender was asked to make an Americano stronger by adding gin instead of soda water. Campari and Sweet Vermouth round out the flavor. Served up or on the rocks with an orange twist.
La Pistola 12
Like a smoking gun, this smoky and spicy take on a margarita will leave you looking for clues. Served on the rocks with a house made pickled jalapeño and a smoked sea salt rim.
Core Strength 12
Like Grandmas apple pie, warm spices and rum take you back to kicking leaves and picking apples. Topped with fresh grated nutmeg and served on the rocks.
Mountain Mistress 11
If a gin and tonic took a quiet walk through the Green Mountains it would taste like this. Crisp, clean, and with a hint of something special.
Kelley’s Last Stand 11
Be a rebel on the last good trout river. Rye whiskey, Italian amaro, and maple bitters blend into a smooth and strong sipping cocktail. The addition of ginger liqueur gives it a warm spicy kick. Served on the rocks like the shore of The Roaring Branch Brook.
Green Mountain Goodbye 13
This cocktail was created by one of our favorite bartenders who left Vermont to follow her dreams. Like her, it is a little sweet, strong, and sparkly. House made Sage syrup, paired with Bourbon and lemon and topped with prosecco.
The Great Caper 9
Get carried away with this gin martini. A little dirty, a little smoky, and a secret ingredient. Served up with caper berries for garnish.
The Maximillian Affair 12
A sweet sip made with Tequila and pineapple juice. As romantic as a summer affair.
Japanese Garden 11
A superfood cocktail made with Acai vodka and matcha powder. Green and sweet, balanced with a hint of fresh lime juice. This will leave you as Zen as meditation.
